Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before being instructed to do so by us. 

All returned item are subjected to restocking fees, not to exceed 20% of the sales price. Kritical Pads reserves the right to waive the restocking fees based on each situation. Please contact us beforehand.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.  

Restocking fees of 20% of the original sales price apply to all returned items, unless waived by Kritical Pads.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded for returned items, unless explicitly agreed upon before the return with Kritical Pads.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are damaged and unused.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. After hearing back from us you will then have to send your item in.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary. 

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
